The service
Hiraal Lifecare is a free mobile app for recording and reviewing your own health measurements, provided by Hiraal Healthcare Group.
It is offered as a personal record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device, it does not provide medical advice, and it must not be relied on for any clinical decision. Please read the medical disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
Cost
The app is free to download and free to use. Home monitoring devices, if you choose to buy one, are sold separately and are not covered by these terms.
Using the app responsibly
When you use Hiraal Lifecare you agree to:
- use it for your own health information, or for someone you are helping with their knowledge
- enter readings honestly and accurately
- continue to follow the advice of the clinician treating you
- seek medical help directly, and not through this app, when you need it
Accounts

Availability
We try to keep the app and this website working, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of faults. Do not rely on the app being available at a particular moment.
Devices

TODO(Hiraal): add the terms of sale for devices — ordering, payment, delivery regions, returns, warranty and support — once the product, price and payment arrangements are confirmed. No device is on sale today.
Our responsibility

TODO(Hiraal): this section must be written or reviewed by a lawyer. It should set out the limits of liability in a way that is valid in Somaliland and fair to the person using a free health app.
Governing law
