Hiraal Lifecare is a free mobile app from Hiraal Healthcare Group in Hargeisa, made for people living with diabetes and high blood pressure.
Why we built it
The gap is not knowledge. It is the record.
People living with diabetes or high blood pressure are usually told what to do. Check regularly. Take the medicine. Come back in three months.
What is missing between those appointments is somewhere for the information to go. Readings get taken and forgotten, and the person who most needs the picture — the one living it — never gets to see it.
Hiraal Lifecare is our attempt at that one problem. It is small on purpose.

Hiraal Lifecare is made by Hiraal Healthcare Group, the physician-founded group in Hargeisa behind Hiraal Clinic and Hiraal Elite.
That is the reason a free app exists at all: the group already looks after people with these conditions, and the record between visits was the part that kept going missing.

This is not a product designed elsewhere and translated afterwards. It is being made in Hargeisa, for households in Somaliland, by people who know how these conversations actually go at home.
Somali is planned for a future version of this website. The app itself is a separate matter, and we will say clearly which languages it offers once that is confirmed.
