Put it on a hard floor
A flat, hard floor gives a steadier reading than a rug or a carpet.

Same time, same clothes
Weigh yourself at about the same time each day — many people do it first thing in the morning.

Step on and stand still
Stand evenly on both feet and wait for the number to settle.

Record it
Open Hiraal Lifecare, tap Add Reading, and enter the weight.
With the app
Where the reading goes.
- Enter the weight the scale shows, in kilograms.
- Weight has its own card on the home screen, alongside blood pressure and blood sugar.
- The week is drawn as one line, so a change is easy to see.
