Using it
How to take a reading.

Wash and dry your hands
Clean, dry hands give a more reliable reading and make it more comfortable.

Insert a strip
Put a test strip into the slot at the base of the meter, as the instructions supplied with it show.

Take the reading
Take the sample the way your doctor or nurse has shown you, and wait for the number.

Record it
Open Hiraal Lifecare, tap Add Glucose Reading, enter the number and choose the moment — fasting, after a meal.
